Our Story
FlairRepublic started from a simple concept during the turbulent times of Covid-19. In 2020, as uncertainty was around every corner, many small and medium sized businesses were making their marketing teams redundant. For many, marketing was seen as a luxury in a time of economic survival and something to bring back “when things got better”.
But FlairRepublic changed that script.
We saw things differently. We believed that marketing wasn’t a luxury – it was actually a lifeline.
So rather than being like every other agency, we built something new. A model based on fractional leadership to make marketing affordable, and most importantly flexible, during a time of ongoing uncertainty. It was a solution designed for resilience because the future of business demanded agility. And cutting off marketing wasn’t just stopping promotion. It was halting growth and conversation.
That belief shaped everything we did next.
We were thrilled to welcome businesses who shared our vision – that consistent, strategic marketing was essential to survival and growth.
Our approach quickly gained momentum. It empowered companies to continue on their journey of growth through marketing, and we became a valued piece of the puzzle to many. After spending many years working in senior marketing leadership across tech, finance, IT and manufacturing and hospitality, I founded FlairRepublic with a simple goal. That goal was to empower businesses with the marketing expertise they needed, no matter their budget.
